GRILLED PINEAPPLE SHRIMP KABOB
PINEAPPLE SHRIMP KABOBS INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 to 3 tbsp. minced ginger
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 3 to 4 tbsp. sesame oil
  • 1/4 c. dry sherry
  • 1/4 c. oysters
SAUCE:
  • 1 green pepper, cubed
  • 1 lb. shrimp, peeled
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 red onion, cubed
PINEAPPLE SHRIMP KABOBS INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together first 7 ingredients. Skewer shrimp, pepper, onion, and scallops. Pour marinade over kabobs and cover; refrigerate 2 hours. Grill 8 minutes or less. Do not overcook. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
