PINEAPPLE SHRIMP KABOBS RECIPES 3
A great pineapple shrimp kabobs recipe to try !
- 3-4 to 1 lb fresh shrimp
- 1 can of regular size
- Cubed Dole Pineapple and save juice @ 2/3 cup
- 3-5 cloves of minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon dry parsley
Peel shrimp (except for the tails)and place on skewers alternating the shrimp and pineapple cubes then place the skewers into a regular glass casserole pan.
Pour the saved pineapple juice, oil and remaining dry ingredients over the skewers and flip.
Marinate kabobs for 1-3 hours or overnight flipping occasionally.
Grill on very hot bbq for @ 3 minutes each side and the pineapple shrimp kabobs is ready to serve...enjoy it !
